Apploye, an SBU of Spacesoft, is a time tracking and employee monitoring platform for remote and hybrid teams. Our software helps businesses track time, monitor productivity, manage attendance, and improve team performance.
We work with companies around the world, including BPOs, agencies, healthcare support teams, and remote businesses.
The Role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our sales pipeline.
You'll reach out to potential customers, qualify leads, and book meetings for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

# What You'll Do
## High-Impact Sales Outreach
* Reach out to potential customers
* Use phone calls to start conversations
* Convince Interested Customers.
## Lead Qualification
* Understand customer needs and challenges
* Identify whether a prospect is a good fit for Apploye
* Schedule & join meetings with the sales team
## Follow Up with Leads
* Respond quickly to demo requests, trial sign-ups, and inbound inquiries
* Keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales process
# Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in SDR, BDR, appointment setting, or sales
* and spoken English & Filipino.
* Comfortable making outbound calls
* Good time management and organization skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Goal-oriented and accountable
## Preferred
* Experience selling SaaS products
* Experience working with remote teams, BPOs, agencies, or healthcare support companies
* Knowledge of workforce management or time-tracking software

*5% commission on every sale.
