JOB OVERVIEW

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Exponential Freedom is responsible for starting conversations with high-income professionals and identifying those who could benefit from advanced tax mitigation strategies.

This role sits at the very front of the sales process. Your job is not to close deals—it’s to create opportunities. You’ll reach out to prospects through calls, texts, and emails, spark interest, ask the right questions, and qualify whether they’re a good fit. From there, you book them into a 15-minute introductory call with a senior advisor.

Day-to-day, the role is highly activity-driven. You’ll be making a high volume of outbound calls, handling objections in real time, and following up consistently. Success in this position comes down to discipline, resilience, and communication skills.

The people who perform best in this role are competitive, coachable, and comfortable with rejection. They treat it like a performance-based environment where effort directly impacts income and growth.

At its core, the job is simple:
Start conversations? qualify prospects, book appointments? Repeat at a high level.
