Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business growth by generating and qualifying new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and booking appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in outbound sales or lead generation, and the ability to confidently engage with residential and commercial prospects.

This role is focused on identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential residential and commercial clients.
Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and social media.
Generate qualified leads for property maintenance, renovations, fit-outs, and construction services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
Follow up with inbound inquiries and website-generated leads.

Sales Outreach & Relationship Building

Engage with prospects to understand their project requirements and needs.
Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team.
Build strong relationships with potential clients through professional communication.
Present company services clearly and confidently to generate interest.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversions.

CRM & Pipeline Management

Update and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
Track lead status, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
Monitor pipeline progress and provide updates to management.
Ensure all prospect interactions and communications are properly documented.

Operational & Administrative Support

Assist with preparing sales reports and lead tracking updates.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and appointments.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional outreach initiatives.
Help improve sales processes and lead generation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in sales development, lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
Experience in construction, property maintenance, or home improvement industries is an advantage.
