Sales Development Representative (Lead Follow up)

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to help manage franchise sales leads, follow up with prospects, and book qualified candidates for franchise discovery calls.

This person must be confident on the phone, organized, proactive, and able to manage follow-up without constant supervision.

Responsibilities
- Call, email, and text franchise leads.
- Coordinate with lead source coordinators and marketing agencies handling our lead generation.
- Book qualified prospects for discovery calls.
- Follow up with prospects after calls.
- Coordinate with the paralegal team to ensure FDDs are sent after discovery calls.
- Follow up with prospects approximately two weeks after they receive the FDD.
- Keep lead activity and next steps updated in the CRM.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to work faster and stay organized.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Confident handling phone calls.
- Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT.
- GoHighLevel CRM experience is a plus.
- Sales development, appointment-setting, or lead follow-up experience preferred.

Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Non-Negotiables
--Must be available during the full shift.
- Must be willing to stay in a Zoom breakout room during work hours.
- Must use a time tracker with screenshot monitoring.
- Must be comfortable making calls and following up consistently.

Pay
Monthly pay is $900 USD.

For the first several months, $100/month will be held as a security deposit until $900 is accumulated, so monthly payout during that period will be $800.

Once the full deposit is accumulated, monthly pay will be $900.

The security deposit will be returned if the tea ---------- mber provides at least 30 days’ notice before leaving.
