WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients
Educate prospects on the benefits of our embedded partnership model with clarity and conviction
Set high-quality discovery calls for our CEO — your pipeline directly fuels our growth
Manage outbound outreach across multiple channels — calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM
Follow up consistently and strategically to move prospects through the pipeline
Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets


WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (Required)
Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
A confident, persuasive communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally
Resilient and self-motivated — you treat every "not yet" as a future opportunity
Highly organized with strong follow-through and CRM discipline
Strategic thinker who tailors outreach based on prospect needs, not just a script
Comfortable working independently and hitting targets in a fully remote setup
