We are MSTR, an AI software company based in the Netherlands. We build custom AI-driven applications that help businesses work smarter and more intelligently, from first conversation to production-ready product.
Our team has around 17 people: a customer-facing team of 6 here in the Netherlands, and 11 developers based in the Philippines. All of our sales currently happen in the Netherlands. We're expanding internationally, and we need someone to help us open those doors.
What this role is:
You'll be the engine behind MSTR's international growth. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: pick up the phone, have real conversations with decision-makers in the US, UK, and Europe, and book qualified meetings for our Netherlands-based sales team. They handle the closing (for now).
This is not a call center role and not a scripted pitch. You will represent a premium AI consultancy in front of CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product Leaders. We provide a curated lead list, full product training, and the tools you need to work efficiently.
What you'll actually be doing:
- High-volume outbound cold calling to decision-makers at target companies
- Qualifying prospects based on fit, interest, and alignment with our offerings
- Booking qualified meetings directly into the calendars of our Dutch sales team
- Supporting outreach through LinkedIn engagement and messaging
- Assisting our Head of Sales with outreach materials and lead research
- Reporting weekly on activity, pipeline, and insights from conversations
What you'll be selling:
- Work-with-AI program (3 to 5 weeks): we identify AI opportunities inside a company, deliver a prioritized roadmap and start building these out in an AI Operating System we set up for the client.
- Deep Dive (3 to 5 weeks): the full technical blueprint of an AI solution, ready for development.
- AI Development training (3 to 5 weeks): hands-on training for development teams of 5 to 100 developers on how to build with AI.
Average deal size is €10,000 to €20,000. Target companies sit between 20 and 500 employees in sectors like construction, real estate, software/SaaS, finance/legal, and HR/payroll.
Who we're looking for:
Someone with 3+ years of B2B outbound sales experience and a strong track record of cold calling, especially into international markets. Fluent English, confident on the phone, and comfortable speaking with C-level executives and senior technical decision-makers. You're a self-starter who can manage your own pipeline without constant oversight, and you get more energy out of a conversation than you put in.
Familiarity with tools like Attio, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and VoIP dialers is expected. Experience selling tech, SaaS, or AI-related services is a strong plus. Bonus points if you've already played with tools like Claude, Claude Code, or n8n yourself.

- Full-time, 40 hours per week, US business hours (evening/night shift Philippine time)
- Reporting to the Head of Sales at MSTR
