We help startups and companies build and scale their engineering teams — from outsourced developers and security engineers to full product builds, AI/NLP solutions, and startup MVPs.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, reach out to, and qualify potential clients who may need our engineering and product development services. You’ll help us grow by finding outsourcing contracts and introducing our capabilities to decision-makers in startups and tech companies.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify companies that may need outsourced developers, security engineers, or AI/NLP product help

Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and book calls

Qualify leads based on fit and urgency

Maintain records of outreach and progress in CRM or spreadsheets

Support follow-ups and meeting scheduling with prospective clients

Requirements:

Excellent English communication (written and spoken)

Experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, or appointment setting

Familiarity with LinkedIn and email prospecting tools

Self-driven, organized, and consistent with daily outreach goals

Nice to Have:

Experience working with tech or startup clients

Understanding of software development or AI products

Work Setup:
