Wolf IQ is a fast-growing, profitable web agency helping small businesses in Australian win online. We help companies with their website and serve over 500+ customers with proven success under our belt.

We are looking for new Sales Development Representatives to join our existing team. We have ~20 people in the Philippines and a strong company culture. Learn more about us here ----------

You Role:
- You will have access to thousands of leads (both warm and cold) in our database
- You will be responsible for outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers.
- You will qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing their fit based on our qualification criteria
- You will have access to future career opportunities at the company

Scheduling Appointments:
- We have a variety of value added tools that can be used to help prospects and build trust
- You will be responsible for using these tools to book 15x high-quality appointments for the sales team each week
- You are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.

You will work closely with the our Sales Leader to
- Optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
- Expand the team as we grow
- Build a great company culture

Qualifications:
- Experienced: 2+ years in sales prospecting, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong Communicator: Confident and professional phone presence with perfect English.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
- Persistent: Tenacious and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Tech Requirements:
- Performance-Ready: Reliable computer with a good processor, and SSD storage to seamlessly run multiple demanding applications (CRM, dialers, video conferencing, etc.).
- Connectivity-Secure: High-speed primary internet (minimum 50 Mbps) plus a stable backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Tool-Ready: Comfortable using cloud-based platforms, communication tools (Zoom, Slack), and browser-based extensions.
- Workspace-Optimized: Quiet and professional home office setup for virtual meetings.
- Headset with Noise-Canceling Mic: Helps with clear communication during calls.
