First Insight is seeking a results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in qualifying leads and setting meetings for B2B accounts.
Responsibilities:
Use prospecting strategies to reach out to new or existing First Insight customers who have the capacity and need to update/upgrade/add on their current system or version.
Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
Determine the prospect's interest in First Insight.
Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
Achieve a target number of qualified prospects and new opportunities
Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries as needed regarding interest in First Insight products
Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by adding value during every customer touchpoint
Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates skills and abilities required for this position
1+ years of work experience in a Sales Development or Sales role
A demonstrated track record of success
Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
A propensity and willingness to gain a strong understanding of the industry and basic use cases/value propositions that our product offers
High integrity and a team-first mentality
Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and independently in a fast-paced environment and motivated to achieve outstanding results
Salary Range:
$650.00 - $820.00 USD per month, based on experience ($4.06 - $5.12 USD per hour)
