Position: Sales Development Representative
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Compensation: $8 - $10
Job Overview:
We are looking for a hungry remote sales development representative to join us scaling Lanteria sales. We want someone ambitious who wants the opportunity to grow into an account executive at a high growth SaaS company.
The BDR will be responsible for building a pipeline for the current Account Executives by cold calling outbound leads, qualifying inbound leads, as well as generating his own leads via different channels like
The ideal candidate will have a long term objective to grow in SaaS sales.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound methods leveraging conventional channels
Co-Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
Ensure successful follow through the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
Meet or exceed assigned quota for outreach, demos booked, and sales quotas.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales experience at a SaaS Company
1-2 years of proven excellence in business development, inside sales and/or sales
Demonstrated success in prospecting
Experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce preferred
Coachable, willingness to learn and grow
Extremely self-motivated, self-starter and curious
Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain the value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.
Have an executive presence and be able to communicate with business owners and C-level executives.
