About the Company

We’re a North American e-commerce business specializing in high-performance automotive parts. We work with customers across the U.S. and Canada who are passionate about cars, trucks, and performance upgrades.

We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Support Representative who can confidently take phone calls, assist customers with product inquiries, and help close sales.

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers and help them choose the right products for their vehicles (training provided).
• Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, and warranty claims.
• Convert inbound leads and product inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer notes in our CRM system.
• Provide professional, polite, and knowledgeable customer support at all times.

Requirements (Must-Have)
• Automotive background is mandatory — preferably a technician, mechanic, or automotive parts specialist.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, engine components, and part fitment.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Confident and professional phone presence.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for phone calls.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools (Shopify, Google Sheets, CRMs) is an advantage.
• Available full-time during North American business hours (EST/PST overlap).
