We are growing fast and looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who can help us increase revenue, improve sales conversion, build partnerships, and develop scalable growth systems.
This is not just a sales role. This is a revenue growth leadership role for someone who wants to help build an EdTech company from the ground up.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager who will be responsible for growing Darstop’s revenue through parent sales, B2B partnerships, lead conversion, sales team management, and new growth opportunities.
The right person must be proactive, organized, numbers-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
Build and execute strategies to increase monthly revenue.
Improve lead-to-trial and trial-to-paid conversion rates.
Identify new sales opportunities and growth channels.
Track revenue KPIs and report weekly progress.
Sales Management
Manage and improve the full sales funnel: lead, consultation, trial class, follow-up, closing, and payment.
Create and improve sales scripts, follow-up messages, objection-handling scripts, and closing processes.
Train and support sales representatives.
Monitor sales performance and hold the team accountable.
Business Development
Find and build partnerships with schools, communities, influencers, organizations, and parent groups.
Develop B2B partnership opportunities with Islamic schools, community centers, and education organizations.
Create outreach campaigns for potential partners.
Build long-term relationships that bring students and revenue.
Customer Acquisition
Work closely with marketing to turn leads into paying customers.
Analyze why parents do or do not buy.
Suggest improvements for ads, landing pages, offers, and messaging.
Help create promotions and campaigns to increase enrollments.
Systems & Reporting
Build a simple but strong sales process.
Track leads, trials, conversions, revenue, and follow-ups.
Create weekly reports showing what is working and what needs improvement.
Help automate and standardize the sales workflow.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or revenue growth.
Experience in EdTech, education, tutoring, or online services is a strong plus.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to sell to parents and build trust quickly.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales tracking systems.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Fluent English required.

Compensation
Base salary plus performance-based bonus or commission.
Compensation will depend on experience, performance, and ability to drive revenue growth.
