ABOUT THE ROLE


This is NOT a passive scheduling job. We need someone tough enough to manage social DMs, bold ebook design, and cross-platform growth—all while tracking performance and staying ahead without reminders.



Your role will include:

Direct social engagement (DM replies, outreach, and community responses) with empathy and grit.

Ebook and design support: Create branded guides, bold visuals, and on-brand layouts in Canva.

Content execution: Schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, Medium.

Short-form video repurposing: Trim Loom clips into 3–5 Shorts/Reels per week with captions and overlays.

Performance tracking: Weekly updates on growth metrics (subscribers, shares, saves) and best-performing content insights.

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU
Minimum 2+ years in social media execution, content design, or growth roles.

High energy under pressure—no hand-holding, no slow responses.

Proficiency in Canva (ebooks, bold layouts), Loom (clip editing), and Metricool (or similar schedulers).

DM toughness: able to handle social messaging with speed and professionalism.

Clear written English (C1+), stable 10 Mbps+ internet, and proven grit.

COMPENSATION
$150–$220/week based on experience and toughness displayed during vetting.

Raises + performance bonuses for consistency, self-driven growth, and results.
