Position Summary:

Abrahams Consulting LLC · US-based IT Government Contractor
This is a real NASA government contract. Abrahams Consulting LLC was just awarded NASA SEWP VI Contract #80TECH26D1658 — a $20 billion Governmentwide IT contract used by all US federal agencies. You will be officially registered as our Program Manager with NASA, and your name and contact details will be publicly listed on the NASA SEWP website. This is a serious, long-term role.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday work schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.

Note: This is a full-time, dedicated position. You may not hold other full-time employment or freelance contracts while in this role, as required by our government contract terms."

About the role

We are a small US-based IT consulting company and this is our first full-time hire to manage our new NASA SEWP VI contract. You will be our primary point of contact with NASA's SEWP Program Management Office (PMO) and will be responsible for keeping the contract compliant, our product catalog up to date, and orders processed on time.

This role does not require prior NASA or federal government experience — we will train you. What we need is someone who is extremely organized, communicates well in written English, and takes deadlines seriously. In federal contracting, missing a deadline can put the entire contract at risk.

What you will do

Contract compliance — Track and meet all NASA SEWP reporting deadlines. Submit quarterly fee reports in Excel. Manage our compliance calendar. Nothing can be late.

Portal management (CHOP) — Log in daily to NASA's Contract Holder Only Page. Monitor incoming quote requests from federal agencies. Process and submit quotes through the portal following NASA's quoting rules.

Catalog management — Submit Technology Refreshment requests to add, update, or remove products from our NASA catalog. Assign product codes (UNSPSC). Monitor pricing vs. our GSA Schedule.

Order tracking — Track all active orders. Follow up on deliveries. Notify the Contracting Officer within 2 business days if any delivery will be delayed.

Email
communications — Serve as the official point of contact between our company and NASA. Reply professionally to agency emails. Maintain organized email records.

Annual reports — Prepare and submit required annual government reports (AbilityOne reporting, service contract reports, climate risk plan, etc.) on schedule.

Website maintenance — Keep our SEWP-specific web pages accurate and up to date. Update the ordering guide within 10 business days of any contract changes.

Team coordination — Grant CHOP access to tea ---------- mbers, ensure all staff have company email accounts, coordinate our mandatory NASA training sessions.

Must have:

-Excellent written English — you will email US government officials
-Strong attention to detail — government deadlines are non-negotiable
-Microsoft Excel proficiency — required for quarterly reports
-Experience managing complex admin or compliance processes
-Ability to work independently without micromanagement
-Reliable high-speed internet + home office setup
-Available 8 AM–12 PM US Eastern Time (Mon–Fri)

Nice to have
-Experience with US federal government contracts
-Familiarity with IT products (laptops, servers, networking, software)
-Background in GSA Schedules, IDIQ, or government procurement
-Project coordination or operations management background
-Experience with procurement portals or CRM systems
-Prior work for a US employer or client
