SEO Manager

We're looking for a SEO Specialist to help us with our growing Digital Marketing Agency. I know SEO backwards and forwards so I'd like you to also have a strong understanding of the fundamentals. Because I already have set strategies and structures in place, a lot of the work will be assisting me in launching new clients from a proven "template". Ideally you are a jack of all trades, able to help me in SEO, Analytics, etc.

We use hubstaff time tracking, it will capture your computer screenshots and keep your time log. Hubstaff also check your computer activity. activity should be at least 70%.if you can't follow this schedule STRICTLY, don't apply.

You will work directly under me (Director of SEO) as my main SEO assistant. I will provide some direction and you will be expected to build campaigns in my "style" with my strategy. I'm looking for someone long term to help me onboard and setup new clients.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
- Expose the local SEO strategy, off-page and related white hat link building strategy.
- Experience in web analysis.
- Experience in Google Analytics is preferred.
- Experience with SEO auditing and identifying issues with non-ranked pages / sites.
- Know how to coordinate the search of non-ranking pages / sites and come up with recommendations for action.
- Attention to detail, you will double and triple check your own work and the accounts must have 0 silly mistakes
- Experience managing and building SEO campaigns
- Quick learner who requires minimal instruction and is able to complete tasks quickly
- Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics
- Eventually someone to take over my position as Director of Search for the agency
