SEO Guru - Virtual Assistant. Full-Time Position Needed

Hello!
I own a U.S. based website design company looking for the right person to help out our team.

Basically, I need someone who is great with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) andcan help with our local SEO clients. Additionally, this person would do some Virtual Assistant tasks too - such as time & client management and other tasks.

I am looking for someone to work full-time (40 hours/week) from home and I will expect you to not have another job except for working for me and my team. You will be working directly with me daily - using email and Google Talk (often) and Skype (occasionally). You'll often learn new things on this job and I am more than happy about to allow time for that so keeping track of time is crucial.
