SEO Expert / Content Writer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and expert-level SEO Expert/Content Writer to take full ownership of the search engine optimization and content writing and execution for five growing websites, including two established online magazines and three distinct brand sites. This is a critical, full-time remote position for an individual who will be responsible for producing high-quality content, managing SEO strategy, optimizing posts, and tracking performance across all sites.

The ideal candidate is an established SEO professional who can not only strategize but also execute the content from concept to publication, ensuring all content is optimized for traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Write, optimize, and publish 5 high-quality SEO articles per week across the magazines and brand blogs.
Manage all aspects of on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, backlink building, and internal linking.
Post directly on WordPress, including formatting, meta optimization, and media embedding.
Integrate and manage Amazon Affiliate links for monetization.
Track and report weekly SEO performance and analytics (traffic, rankings, CTRs, conversions).
Post and update social media content to drive organic visibility and engagement.
Stay current with SEO best practices, Google algorithm updates, and emerging digital trends.
Collaborate with brand and creative teams to align SEO content with business goals.
Requirements

Proven 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in managing multiple brands or publications.
Strong understanding of WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Exceptional writing and editing skills — you can produce engaging, well-structured, SEO-optimized articles.
Experience with Amazon Associates / affiliate marketing preferred.
Ability to work independently, meet weekly deliverables, and communicate proactively.
Must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and up-to-date with all the latest SEO trends.
