WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:
We're a digital marketing agency providing SEO and Lead Generation services.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

? Proven track record of setting appointments via phone and email, closing high ticket deals and achieving KPI's within B2B environment (must have proof)
? Minimum of 1+ year Lead Gen / Appointment Setting experience (must have proof)
? Excellent communication both verbal and written
? Fluent in English
? KPI Driven
? Hungry to earn money
? Positive and Empathic attitude
? Tech-savvy (ability to work with LinkedIn, CRM softwares) etc
? Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing atmosphere

WHAT WE OFFER:
? Generous commission structure
- 5% of 1-50 appts booked
- 7% of 50-100 appts booked
- 10% of 100+ appts booked per month

? Ability to increase the accounts you handle to maximize your potential (more accounts leads to a potential higher number of appts booked, so the more money you make)

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
? Managing email boxes and setting appointments (We setup the campaigns)
? Calling interested leads by phone when required to convert them
? Managing and updating CRM and spreadsheets
? Managing and updating calendars
? Maintain clarity in communication when reporting on KPIs and passing over appointments
? Follow our sales process
? Internal communication with Sales team
? Engage in other Lead Gen tasks as and when required
