JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

EONE AUTO GROUP is seeking a highly motivated Sales Follow-Up & Application Processing Specialist to help convert leads into appointments and assist customers through the vehicle financing process.

This position is responsible for following up with internet leads, phone leads, text inquiries, and previous customers while assisting with credit application processing and appointment setting.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with customers, and enjoy helping people get approved for a vehicle, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Follow-Up
* Make outbound calls to internet leads and previous inquiries
* Send text messages and emails to prospects
* Follow up on incomplete credit applications
* Re-engage older leads in the CRM
* Confirm and remind customers of upcoming appointments
* Document all communication in CRM

Application Processing
* Review incoming credit applications for completeness
* Contact customers for missing information
* Verify employment, residence, and contact information
* Submit applications through Dealertrack
* Update application status in CRM
* Communicate approvals, stipulations, and next steps to customers

Customer Service
* Answer inbound calls and inquiries
* Build rapport with customers
* Overcome objections professionally
* Help customers understand financing options
* Maintain a positive customer experience

REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent English communication skills
* Clear and professional speaking voice
* Previous sales, BDC, appointment setting, collections, or customer service experience preferred
* Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls daily
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask
* Reliable internet connection and computer
* Ability to work independently

DAILY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
* 200+ outbound calls daily
* Follow up with all assigned leads
* Process incoming applications promptly
* Maintain accurate CRM notes
* Meet appointment-setting goals
* Respond quickly to customer inquiries
