Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Closer to join our team. You will be taking pre-qualified leads and converting them into paying clients. This is not a prospecting role — your job is to show up, connect, and close. If you are confident, persuasive, and hungry for success, this opportunity is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with pre-qualified leads
• Present and pitch company products or services with confidence and clarity
• Overcome objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Follow up with warm leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and closing strategies
• Provide feedback on lead quality and client concerns to management
• Maintain a professional, client-first approach in every interaction

Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven track record in sales, closing, or a similar client-facing role
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a performance-based environment
• Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently hit targets
• No ego — coachable, hungry, and committed to continuous improvement
