We are looking for a Revenue Manager with strong data analysis skills to analyze performance, pacing, pricing and revenue optimization for our short-term rental portfolio.
This role is responsible for maximizing revenue across 18–20 active STR accounts using data-driven pricing strategies. You must be highly experienced with PriceLabs and comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets on a daily basis.
This is not an entry-level VA role. You will be making real pricing decisions that directly impact performance.
Responsibilities
Analyze performance, pacing and projections.
Manage and optimize pricing for 18–20 short-term rental accounts
Use PriceLabs daily (rulesets, customization, market dashboards, overrides)
build and use comp sets
Analyze data using Excel / Google Sheets
Monitor key metrics: ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pacing, booking windows.
Identify underperforming listings and recommend pricing improvements
Maintain organized reports and performance summaries
Requirements (Must-Have)
Proven experience with PriceLabs (intermediate to advanced)
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, pivots)
Experience in short-term rental revenue management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Reliable internet and the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Experience managing multiple STR markets
Background in data analysis or finance
Familiarity with Airbnb and Vrbo metrics
Experience working with property managers or STR operators
