Responsive WordPress Designer CSS, PHP, HTML, JVScript

Looking for someone who is an expert in WordPress. You must be able to do anything visual in WordPress:

+ color customization
+ font customization (google fonts also)
+ layout customization
+ image re-sizing and adjustments
+ borders, headers, footers,
+ any call to action designs
+ fix anything related to responsiveness of a WordPress site
+ transform a non-responsive into a responsive WordPress site
+ able to design any kind of menus, or fix any kind of menu issues
+ CSS, PHP, HTML, javscript required
+ must be able to handle above duties for chrome/firefox/IE/Safari

Must be able to handle requests above within 6-12 hours or less, and will be assigned up to 20 customers per month.
