This person would fill in a spreadsheet with names, titles, phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information. The departments the contacts reside in would be in construction and engineering primarily. My customers are in the construction and engineering world. As an example, I would want the information for the Director of Capital Construction for the city of Dallas.
