Role :
The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:
- Offer level 1 support to customers via support tickets.
- Assign and escalate issues when needed to ensure proper and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitoring support queue for new support tickets
- Researching products and creating content for websites
- Writing ---------- parison, How Tos and blog articles on Bests
- Writing scripts for short informative videos
- Work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with team members.

Qualifications, experience & competencies :
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Resourceful in using the internet to search for content
- Creative writing skills in English
- Experience in creative and product writings
- Can work in the morning shift
- Use the word banana in your application

Requirements :
- Ability to work from home as this is a 100% remote position.
- Reliable internet connectivity and the ability to temporarily relocate in case of service interruption is required.
- Previous experience in creative writing or related fields.
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends.
