Reply Manager

Built For B2B is a UK-based outbound agency. Our clients are mostly US-based. We need someone to cover lead replies and client comms during US business hours, while our UK team is offline.

Hours 4pm to 12am UK (11am to 7pm EST). Standard US business hours. Monday to Friday.

What you’ll own

Triaging and responding to lead replies on Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach and other sequencers.
Following up on warm leads who showed positive intent but never booked a call
Responding to client Slack messages during US hours. You escalate anything complex to the founder/POC
Sending US client updates from our templates


You need

Native or near-native written English
1+ years in a client-facing role (CS, support, VA for US clients)
Comfortable working 5pm to 1am UK
Familiarity with Slack and Gmail. Bonus: HubSpot, Smartlead, or HeyReach experience
Strong written communication that sounds human, not corporate
Reliable power and internet
