JOB OVERVIEW

I build apps in Replit that support high-level technical writing. I need a developer who can fix math notation rendering issues across several of these apps.

Here’s what I need:

Fix math rendering so it displays correctly in-app

Ensure math notation downloads correctly in PDF form (not as broken plaintext)

Handle special formatting issues in economics content, where dollar signs can be currency symbols or math delimiters—the app currently gets confused

Support graph generation (standard math graphs) and correct embedding in the document

This problem affects multiple apps, not just one. You must be able to:

Work inside Replit

Debug PDF export issues

Understand or be able to learn KaTeX / MathJax

Prevent formatting errors across both screen and print views

This is not a one-off task. I deal with formatting issues constantly, so I’m looking for someone who can handle this now and stick around for follow-up work.

If you’ve fixed math formatting or PDF rendering issues before—especially in Replit or browser-based editors—apply now.
