Remote Video Editor – Long-Term VSL Projects (6+ Videos/Week)

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our growing remote team and help us produce high-performing Video Sales Letters (VSLs). These are 6 to 12 minute videos that combine AI voiceovers and TikTok-style B-roll to tell powerful, emotional stories that convert.

You’ll receive a full script, voiceover, and sample for each project — your job is to bring it to life with clean pacing, strong visuals, and smart editing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Editing ~6 VSLs per week (with the option to take on more for bonus pay)

Using CapCut for editing

Matching visuals and music to scripted voiceovers created in ElevenLabs

Pulling B-roll from Canva Pro, stock footage, or TikTok-style content

Delivering emotional, clean, and scroll-stopping edits that match our storytelling style

What We Provide:

Fully written scripts + voiceovers

Brand assets & creative direction

Reference videos + tutorials

Organized folders for each project

Friendly, responsive feedback (we love working with editors who want to improve)

Pay & Bonuses:

$10 per video, depending on skill and experience

You’ll start with 6 videos/week

BONUS PAY available if you take on more than 6 videos (up to 15 total)

Room to grow into long-term creative roles (direction, scripting, ideation, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

Strong skills in CapCut, Canva Pro, and TikTok-style editing

Fast turnaround & clean file delivery

Attention to detail — matching clips/emotion to script

Creative instincts: you think like a marketer

Ability to follow brand direction and iterate with feedback

Bonus: experience editing UGC, eCommerce, or VSLs
