Remote US Sales Setter: Base Salary After Your First Sale + Commission

we're hiring remote setters at silent directive llc, a US-based sales agency.

what you do:
- call US small business owners (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, roofing) from a list we provide
- when the owner says yes, click a button and our AI handles the actual demo on the line
- you stay on the call, jump in for rapport when needed
- log the result, move to the next call

how we pay:
- commission on every deal you close, paid weekly via wise, payoneer, or paypal
- a base salary unlocks after your very first sale. once you prove you can close, you have stable monthly income on top of your commission
- the salary is negotiable, and the commission keeps paying on top of it
- uncapped, free to join, nothing to start

hours:
- US business hours, 8am to 5pm pacific (that is 11pm to 8am philippine time, full graveyard shift, be honest with yourself if that fits)

what we need:
- 1+ year of phone sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or chat sales experience
- conversational english, B2 or higher
- wired internet (no mobile data) and a quality headset
- you can read a room and adjust your tone
