- ord types, permissions, and user access
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, automation rules, validation rules, and workflow logic
- Support lead, contact, account, opportunity, campaign, and activity management
- Help design and improve lead stages, ownership rules, follow-up processes, and CRM hygiene
- Build reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, lead source tracking, and pipeline visibility
- Support Salesforce Campaign setup and campaign performance tracking
- Assist with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud coordination
- Help clean, import, and organize lead/contact/account data
- Document CRM processes, SOPs, field definitions, and automation logic
- Work with internal tea
- Troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues and recommend better process/system solutions
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills
- Strong Salesforce Admin experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce fields, objects, flows, campaigns, automation, reports, and dashboards
- Familiarity with both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce configuration
- Good understanding of lead lifecycle, pipeline stages, campaign tracking, and the sales follow-up process
- Comfortable with data cleanup, imports, deduplication, and CRM hygiene
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Bonus Skills
- Real estate industry experience
- Experience with lead routing, agent assignment, buyer/seller pipelines, or property-related CRM workflows
- Experience with integrations such as Zapier, phone/SMS tools,
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Software development experience

Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $1,200–$1,800/month. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
