The Opportunity
We’re hiring a BDRs who excels in outbound sales and is comfortable operating in a high-volume calling environment. You’ll execute structured outreach campaigns, follow proven frameworks, and consistently deliver qualified meetings.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and experienced in cold prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to B2B decision-makers
- Follow established scripts, frameworks, and objection-handling techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities in the CRM
- Handle post-booking tasks such as confirmation emails, client introductions, and gifting links when needed
- Reconnect with warm leads to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with clients in real time to ensure proper qualification and seamless handoffs
- Provide feedback on lead lists, messaging, and scripts to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the team to maintain consistent pipeline activity
- Stay aligned with client messaging and share insights from live conversations

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a B2B SDR/BDR role focused on cold calling
- Track record of hitting or exceeding call and meeting targets
- Strong attention to detail, especially in CRM management
- Confident in handling objections and building rapport quickly
- Adaptable and able to learn new tools and workflows quickly
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Clear, professional communicator
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced setup
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, Coda, and Nooks (or similar) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- USD 1,000 Base Pay
- Uncapped commission per qualified meetings held
