We partner with a diverse mix of clients, from fast-scaling tech startups to established service providers across industries like SaaS, digital marketing, IT services, fintech, staffing, and consulting. In this role, you’ll directly impact client success by consistently driving qualified pipeline.

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven BDR who thrives in a high-activity outbound environment. You’ll be responsible for executing cold calling campaigns, adhering to a structured outreach framework, and consistently delivering qualified meetings.

Success in this role requires discipline, strong attention to detail, and proven experience in outbound prospecting.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to connect with B2B decision-makers
- Follow structured call frameworks, scripts, and objection-handling techniques
- Accurately log call activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Complete all required post-meeting booking steps, including sending confirmation emails, introducing the client, and sharing gifting links when applicable.
- Re-engage warm leads to increase conversion rates
- Coordinate with clients in real time to ensure proper qualification and smooth handoffs
- Share feedback on prospect lists, messaging, and scripts with Account Managers
- Work closely with the team to maintain a strong and consistent call pipeline
- Stay up to date on client messaging and provide insights from live conversations

What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a B2B SDR/BDR cold calling role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and meeting booking targets
- Strong attention to detail with disciplined CRM usage
- Skilled in objection handling and building rapport quickly
- Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and processes
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Clear and confident communicator
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, Coda, and Nooks (or similar) is a plus

Compensation & Perks
- Monthly base compensation from USD 1000, depending on experience and proven skills
- Uncapped commission on qualified meetings held
