Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Brandteriors | San Diego, California | Remote Position

Hello,

Brandteriors is a San Diego-based company that helps businesses create inspiring, productive workplaces through commercial furniture, interior solutions, and workplace design.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist based in the Philippines to help us identify qualified business opportunities throughout San Diego, Southern California, and surrounding markets.

This is an opportunity to work directly with ownership and become a key contributor to our growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Research growing businesses, companies hiring employees, and organizations relocating or expanding their office space.
Identify small and mid-sized businesses that may require office furniture, workplace design, or interior improvements.

Locate key decision-makers, including:

Business owners
Executives
Office managers
Operations leaders
Facilities managers
Human resources leaders

Conduct outreach through:


Email

LinkedIn
Instagram
Text messaging
Other approved prospecting methods

Additional responsibilities include:

Scheduling qualified appointments for our California-based sales team.
Maintaining prospect records and tracking all outreach activity.
Providing daily and weekly activity reports.
Collaborating with management to continually improve messaging, targeting, and results.

Required Experience:

Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development
Experience prospecting U.S.-based businesses
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience using LinkedIn for business development
Ability to conduct online research and identify qualified prospects
Experience maintaining activity reports and performance metrics
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office workspace

Preferred Experience:

B2B sales experience
Commercial real estate, office furniture, or business services experience
CRM experience
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools
