Remote Sales Chat Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Sales Chat Assistant to engage in conversations with customers, driving sales firsthand while maintaining meaningful emotional connections. This is a fully remote position offering opportunities for rapid growth.

Responsibilities
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
• Understand customer behavior patterns and psychology to improve engagement and conversions
• Respond to incoming messages in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients over extended periods
• Follow provided conversation guidelines, scripts, and tone
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to develop strategies for better client support
• Cooperate with the Sales Manager to monitor conversations and receive feedback

Requirements
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and understanding of psychological dynamics
• Fast typing speed with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable chatting for extended periods
• Reliable internet connection and electricity, with access to a computer or laptop
• Open to learning sales techniques, processes, and performance feedback
• Motivated to grow quickly within a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Experience in any of the following: online customer support, live chat, social media messaging, sales, upselling, digital services.
