JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, results-driven Appointment Setter to serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and to manage the sales-support workflow that follows. This is a phone-forward role: the majority of your day will be spent speaking with prospective and existing clients, converting inquiries into booked appointments, following up on leads, and keeping our CRM accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, representing our brand with a courteous and confident phone presence
Qualify incoming leads and guide prospective clients toward booking an appointment
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments across multiple calendars
Conduct timely, persistent follow-ups with leads and clients via phone, text, and email to move them through the pipeline
Enter, update, and maintain client records within our CRM platform
Track call outcomes, lead status, and conversion activity to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations

Required Qualifications

Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral pronunciation that is easily understood by a U.S.-based audience
Prior sales, lead qualification, or appointment-setting experience with a track record of converting inquiries into booked business
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and personable phone manner
Prior experience with CRM software (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and multitasking across systems
Dependable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a quality headset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or a call-center sales environment
Demonstrated ability to handle objections and follow a sales script while sounding natural
Familiarity with appointment-scheduling and lead-tracking workflows
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and hit targets with minimal supervision

Schedule & Location
Remote. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts are assigned within our 9 AM–9 PM EST coverage window.
Compensation
Starting at $3/hour, with room to grow based on performance.
