we are a Car rental company, We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Remote Rent Collection Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient collection of weekly rental payments from our drivers. As a key member of our team, you will be the point of contact for drivers, handling all aspects of rent collection through phone calls, and other communication channels. This is a remote position that offers flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Rent Collection:
Contact drivers (via phone,
Ensure all rental payments are collected in a timely manner, tracking due dates and confirming payment receipt.
Record and maintain accurate payment records for each driver in the company’s database or CRM system.
Customer Communication:
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with drivers while addressing their concerns regarding payments.
Be available to answer any questions or resolve any issues related to rental payments.
Payment Tracking:
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on late payments with appropriate reminders and escalation protocols.
Update the management team on payment status, including any late payments or disputes.
Reporting:
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on rent collections, payment status, and any outstanding issues.
Ensure all payment data is entered accurately into the company’s system for financial tracking and invoicing.
Problem Resolution:
Handle disputes and payment issues professionally, working with the drivers to come to a satisfactory solution.
Report major payment issues or concerns to management for further action if necessary.
Record Maintenance:
Keep a well-organized record of all interactions with drivers and all rent payment transactions.
Ensure data protection protocols are followed when managing customer information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a similar role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle difficult conversations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to juggle multiple accounts and ensure timely follow-up.
