Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Recruitment Research Assistant to support our recruitment business by identifying potential candidates and industry contacts. The role involves online research, data collection, and basic administrative support to help build our recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential candidates and industry contacts using LinkedIn, job boards, and online sources
• Source and compile around 100 verified contacts & companies per day
• Collect key information such as name, job title, company,
• Maintain organised spreadsheets
Requirements
• Strong online research skills
• Good written English communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
• Experience with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or similar tools is preferred
Ideal Candidate
• Organised, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable working remotely
• Experience in lead generation, data research, or recruitment is a plus
