We manage a luxury boutique residential apartment building in Hollywood, CA and are looking for a dedicated full-time remote receptionist and virtual assistant to be our front line for inquiries, communications, and leasing support.
This is a desk-based, full-time role during US Pacific business hours. A quiet, professional workspace and reliable internet connection are required. ***YARDI EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFFERED***
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls via a cloud-based phone system (Google Voice, Dialpad, or similar)
- Monitor and respond to leasing and rate inquiry
- Buzz in guests/visitors remotely via intercom system (camera feed provided)
- Update vacancy and pricing on listing platforms (Airbnb, Zillow, etc.)
- Support leasing activity: follow up with prospects, schedule showings, track leads
- Assist with return guest outreach and referral program management
- Light administrative tasks: data entry, document formatting, scheduling support
- Pull and organize reports from Yardi property management software
REQUIREMENTS:
- Full-time availability, Pacific Time — schedule includes at least one weekend day
- Dedicated desk setup with reliable internet and a computer
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with property management or residential leasing strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software a strong plus
- Experience with short-term or hospitality-style rentals a plus
- Comfortable on the phone and in live customer-facing communication
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
We are a small, hospitality-forward management company. We move fast and expect you to as well. Payment is processed through Deel. This role will eventually support a small portfolio of properties as we grow.
