ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Remote Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our business. You will handle incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, manage callbacks, and support the day-to-day administrative needs of the team. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond, communicates clearly, and takes pride in their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and manage inbound calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform outbound callbacks as needed and ensure all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
- Use phone dialer software to manage and track communications
- Provide excellent verbal communication and customer-facing support on every interaction
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings or appointments as needed
- Handle
- Perform general administrative and executive support tasks as assigned
- Maintain accurate records and notes from calls and communications
- Coordinate with internal tea
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism that reflects the values and culture of the team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of receptionist experience, with a strong background in inbound call handling
- Based in Manila or Pampanga
- Clear, professional speaking voice with minimal accent and strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using phone dialer software or similar communication tools
- Proficient in
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for the team
- Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection suitable for remote work
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time
LOCATION REQUIREMENT
