Role Overview:
Are you ready to be the driving force behind successful construction projects? We’re searching for a detail-loving, proactive superstar who can keep projects organized, moving forward, and well-documented, ensuring every detail is accounted for and no opportunity is missed. In this fast-paced, dynamic industry, you’ll play a key role in helping us hit our goals, maintain profitability, and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Requirements:
*Full-time (8am-5pm ET, Monday to Friday).
*2+ years in commercial construction (subcontractor experience).
*Detail-oriented and reliable.
*Experience using Salesforce, ClickUp, Slack, and GSuite
*Can read plans and company financials.
*Experience with project management and billing.
*Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
*Team player and great communicator.

Main Responsibilities:
*Schedule meetings, organize teams, and track days off.
*Communicate with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
*Manage materials, equipment, and keep jobs running on time.
*Approve billing and keep financials up to date.
*Make sure all protocols and standards are followed.
*Problem-solve and help out in the field.
*Finish all project paperwork and steps before closing jobs.
