Remote Personal Assistant – Amazon Ads & Inventory (Full-time, EST)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling on Amazon. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support Amazon advertising and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns using Perpetua
• Monitor ACoS, optimize keyword targeting, and report performance
• Forecast and manage inventory and purchase orders
• Track supplier deliveries and prevent stockouts
• Maintain Amazon product listings and monitor account health
• Provide regular data reports and insights

Qualifications:
• Must have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & PPC
• Experience using Perpetua or other Amazon ad tools is a big plus
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory tracking
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Proactive, analytical, and organized
