Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000/month base + Performance-Based Bonuses
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (US/Canada Pacific Standard Time)
Note: Requires early starts to align with active morning field and execution teams.

We are a rapidly scaling company seeking a Remote Operations Manager & Business Integrator to step in as the business owner's operational right hand.

This is a high-leverage position designed for a true leader, not an administrative assistant. You will take complete ownership of our daily fulfillment engine—protecting project profit margins in real-time, designing and optimizing scalable systems, and driving field production efficiency. We are looking for a proactive business partner who looks for repeatable processes and resolves operational friction before it impacts the bottom line.

?? Executive Responsibilities
Operational Planning & Master Scheduling: Review project scopes, client contracts, and resource allocations to build and enforce a fluid, highly efficient master production schedule.

Financial Management & Profit Protection: Actively track and analyze labor hours and project material usage daily against estimates. Monitor team pacing closely and proactively resolve margin risks.

Team Accountability & Development: Oversee logistics and resource management. Audit daily field updates, run operational tracking, and ensure team leaders start their day with crystal-clear targets and high-performance metrics.

SOP & System Architecture: Proactively identify broken or missing operational systems. Design, build, and document scalable workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to facilitate company growth.

Client Experience Oversight: Manage critical client touchpoints, handle pre-project logistics, and optimize customer communication workflows to ensure every project closes to a 5-star standard.
