We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Medical Operations & Patient Support Assistant to join our growing healthcare team.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
Strong background in:

Sales
Phone calls
Client communication
Customer service

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized and able to multitask
Comfortable working independently
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Minimum PC Specifications

Processor: Intel Core i5 (8th gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent
RAM: 8GB minimum (16GB preferred)
Operating System: Windows 10/11 or macOS (updated to latest version)
Webcam and working microphone

Minimum Internet Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet connection
Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Stable wired connection preferred (backup internet source a plus)

Workspace Requirements
Quiet, dedicated workspace
Noise-cancelling headset required
Responsibilities
Answer inbound and outbound calls
Patient communication and support
Scheduling and appointment coordination
Administrative and operational support
Follow-up calls and patient outreach
CRM and data entry tasks
Assisting with sales and patient conversion activities
Reviewing and organizing patient information for provider review
Supporting clinical and administrative workflows
