Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent (Remote)
Remote | Full-Time | PHP 30,000–35,000/month

Shift: 8 hours/day | Hours: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM CST | Schedule assigned upon hire
About the Role
We are looking for a professional and dependable Customer Service Agent to handle inbound calls on behalf of a U.S.-based client. You will assist customers with questions and concerns regarding their accounts, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls from U.S.-based customers professionally and promptly
Assist customers with questions about their accounts, services, and general inquiries
Handle customer information in accordance with company policies and data privacy standards
Accurately log and document call details in the client's system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus)

At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or BPO
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic familiarity with account management or customer support systems
Experience handling sensitive customer information with discretion

Technical Requirements

Windows 11 operating system
Intel Core i3 or i5 processor (or higher)
Two (2) monitors
Wired USB headset only
Stable wired internet connection
