About Us:
At NWC Funding, we help entrepreneurs secure business funding to grow their businesses. We’re looking for a Funding Coordinator to manage lead follow-ups, funding applications, and client success.

If you have experience in lending, funding, CRM management, or customer success, this is the perfect role for you!

???? Responsibilities:
? Follow Up on Leads – Call, email, and text warm leads to keep them engaged in the funding process.
? Funding Application Management – Ensure clients submit applications & provide all required documents.
? Pre-Screen Clients – Review credit reports & business registrations to qualify them for funding.
? CRM & Pipeline Management – Keep GoHighLevel updated with client progress & funding status.
? Work with Lenders – Track applications, get client updates, and push deals through to approval.
? Client Success & Retention – Keep clients engaged & reduce drop-offs in the funding process.

???? Who We’re Looking For:
? 2+ years in funding, lending, or financial services (preferred but not required)
? Strong follow-up & client success experience (customer service or sales support background)
? Familiar with U.S. business funding & credit basics
? Tech-savvy & detail-oriented – Must be comfortable using GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
? Excellent English communication skills – Written & spoken
