Remote Full Stack Software Engineer (full-time)

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on UI development to build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications. You will work across the frontend and backend, but with an emphasis on delivering intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate combines solid programming skills with a strong eye for design and usability.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications with a focus on frontend UI/UX

Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces

Implement backend services and APIs to support frontend functionality

Ensure responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessible interfaces

Optimize performance and maintain scalability of applications

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Conduct code reviews and unit testing

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience in full stack development with a strong UI/UX emphasis

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)

Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

Understanding of responsive design, web standards, and accessibility best practices

Preferred Skills
Experience working with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)

Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and tools

Experience with CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
