We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Financial Assistant & Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a fully remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and automation setup
- Handle B2B invoicing and expense management
- Categorize and manage receipts and expenses accurately
- Apply appropriate revenue recognition methods
- Maintain organized, accurate financial records
REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (10/10) — journal entries, automation, and advanced features are essential
- Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and methods
- Proven experience in B2B expense management and invoicing
- Experience with receipt management and expense categorization
- Exceptionally diligent, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
