We're hiring a sharp, detail-driven Executive & Operations Assistant to support our leadership team and keep our insurance operations running smoothly. This is a back-office, non-sales role where accuracy, organization, and consistency matter most.

Role Details
• Compensation: $1,000/month
• Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time
• Employment Type: Full-time, long-term
• Commitment: Full-time only (no other active employment)
• Work Setup: Remote
What You'll Be Doing
• Keep client records, notes, and activity accurate and up to date in our CRM
• Track insurance applications, required documents, and policy-related workflows
• Prepare operational reports, status updates, and administrative summaries
• Organize digital files, databases, and trackers so information is accurate and easy to find
• Support leadership and teammates with daily operational and admin tasks
• Spot ways to improve efficiency and keep systems and records consistent
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years in administrative, operations, executive support, or back-office work
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and business systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with information
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal English
• Able to work independently, follow processes, and stay consistent in a remote setup
• Insurance, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is a strong plus
