Remote E-commerce Design & Order Operations Assistant (Illustrator Required)

About the Role:
We are a growing e-commerce brand selling custom UV-printed acrylic products on Etsy, Amazon, and our website.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented remote assistant who can handle customer messages, order processing, and Illustrator-based design tasks.

This is a long-term remote position, not a one-time freelance job.

???? Responsibilities
• Manage incoming orders from Etsy, Amazon, and website
• Reply to customer messages using prepared templates
• Prepare and edit designs in Adobe Illustrator (names, dates, logos, positioning)
• Handle basic revisions and customer feedback
• Prepare print-ready files (size, alignment, CMYK awareness)
• Upload finalized files to Google Drive
• Update order status and summaries in Google Sheets
• Share tracking numbers after shipment
• Assist with coupon / discount communication when needed

???? Requirements
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (layers, text handling, export)
• Experience with custom or print products is a big plus
• Basic understanding of print-ready files (dimensions, margins, CMYK)
• Comfortable with Google Drive & Google Sheets
• Good written English (templates provided)
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• Detail-oriented and organized mindset

• Part-time to start (4–5 hours/day)

Shortlisted candidates will receive a small Illustrator test task related to a real order scenario.
