Remote Demand Writer

The A ---------- Guys, a premier personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a full-time, remote Demand Writer to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. This role requires excellent English, strong analytical and writing skills, and—most importantly—experience in collecting and reading medical records. Prior experience in Demand Writing is highly preferred.

Compensation
$5.00–$6.00 USD/hour + bonus opportunities?Full-time (40 hours/week)

Skills & Requirements
Computer Requirements: Macbook Air/Pro atleast 2022 or Windows PC atleast 16GB RAM, Core i5
Dual monitor required within 30 days of employment
2+ years of Virtual Assistant (VA) or BPO experience
Experience in collecting and reviewing medical records is required
Prior Demand Writing experience required
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong grammar, analytical, and persuasive writing ability
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time

Responsibilities
Review and analyze medical records, bills, and supporting case documents
Draft persuasive, accurate, and well-structured demands for insurance companies
Work closely with case managers to ensure demands are complete and accurate
Collect and organize medical bills and supporting documentation
Ensure all demands are delivered on time to avoid case delays
Collaborate with medical providers, adjusters, and legal staff when needed
Maintain consistent quality and compliance with firm standards
