Remote Construction Project Manager

We’re hiring smart, reliable individuals in the Philippines to help manage our new home construction projects in Florida, completely remotely.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee 5-10 construction projects per year from start to finish (permits, lot prep, build, inspections, completion)
• Manage the build schedule and ensure all tasks are on track
• Use remote cameras to monitor job sites, deliveries, and progress
• Coordinate with our on-site tea ---------- mber who handles in-person tasks and fixes
• Respond quickly to job site security alerts if needed

Who We’re Looking For:
• Fast learners who are organized, resourceful, and take initiative
• Construction knowledge is required
• Must be proactive, flexible, and available to solve issues as they come up (Monday to Friday with some light Saturday work)
• Spanish speakers are a major bonus

Pay:
• $1,200/month base pay + huge bonuses for every projected completed on time and in budget
• Lots of progression available

This is not a typical office job. It’s ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of projects and help build real homes, remotely.
